To make children understand the challenging issues of climate change in unique and entertaining ways, a comic book featuring an Indian superhero was launched today at the climate change summit here.

The comic "Chakra climate change" features an Indian superhero "Chakra -- The Invincible" created by Stan Lee and Sharad Devarajan, and addresses climate change through his adventures and his best friend "Mighty Girl".

It was launched by Comics Uniting Nations, an initiative developed by UNICEF and NGOs PCI Media Impact and Reading With Pictures to raise awareness about global goals for sustainable development through the art of comics.................Read more
