Vidhyadhan scholarship has turned recipients into future donors.

There are scores of scholarships programmes that help students from financially and socially distressed background get help. But here is a story of a Vidhyadhan scholarship programme that began about two decades ago that has turned out to be so successful that the recipients of the scholarship programme have turned donors and are sponsoring young students.

The Vidhyadhan programme, carried out by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation, has so far helped 43 doctors, 291 engineers, 55 nurses, 181 graduates pursue higher education.
