A meet on awareness of organic farm practices was organised recently in Chennai. A large number of organic farmers, retailers and consumers participated in the meeting.

Organic farmers spoke about their experiences and how they have been able to succeed in today's critical agriculture phase. Many of those who spoke gave their own experiences as to how costs can be drastically cut down by using natural inputs and how the bio pesticides helped their crop to become resistant to pests and infestation attacks.
