Lincoln Renewable Energy has plans for second solar farm


Chicago-based Lincoln Renewable Energy is planning to construct a 10-megawatt solar farm in Salem County early next year if it succeeds in securing a long-term contract with a New Jersey utility company. The $60 million project will be constructed on 129 acres in Mannington Township and could employ as many as 100 workers during its construction, which is projected to take six months.
